After a decade in Kuwait's corporate world, I pivoted to my passion for health and fitness by opening Empire Fitness Studio in 2013. As my second-time business owner, I repeatedly navigated challenges in hiring, marketing, and member engagement, learning crucial lessons about leadership and customer experience.

The gym grew from a single location to a thriving chain across Kuwait. By 2018, I sold the business and launched ShapeU Training and Consulting Ltd. Initially focusing on personal development and lifestyle coaching, the company evolved to support ambitious SME owners.

Our consulting firm now helps entrepreneurs strengthen their leadership skills and business strategies. Drawing from my experience of building a business from scratch, I provide frameworks and high-level support that enable SME leaders to achieve accelerated growth.

This journey has been incredibly fulfilling. By helping other entrepreneurs realize their dreams, I'm giving back and sharing the insights I gained from my own entrepreneurial path.
