Bushra Shabazz is a co-founder of Prospera Coaching & Consulting and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with a mission to help women not only survive but thrive in the workplace by utilising positive psychology coaching techniques to create transformational and sustainable change.

She is also a mother to three young daughters, a qualified solicitor since 2010 and passionate about ensuring all little girls grow up realising their full potential on their own terms. In her spare time, Bushra enjoys playing netball, reading a good self-development book and drinking bubbles.
